King Promise Releases His Latest Work of Art “5 Star”, Connects Ghanian Music to the Diaspora

King Promise has graced his music fans, and fans of Afrobeat over the world with the release of his most recent album, 5 Star, through 5K Records.

The release of King Promise’s fifth studio album, 5 Star, has been eagerly awaited, especially since his 2019 debut, “As Promised,” on which he collaborated on songs with Wizkid and Sarkodie, was named Ghana’s most streamed album of all time. Promise is introduced as a polished artist with the release of 5 Star, oozing sheer brilliance and the highest caliber across 14 tracks.

With songs from Headie One and WSTRN in the United Kingdom, Frenna in Amsterdam, Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa in the United States, Omah Lay and Patoranking in Nigeria, and Bisa Kdei in Ghana, King Promise lives true to his status as Ghana’s cultural connection throughout the diaspora.

One of the most intriguing African artists to emerge from the continent this year is Promise, who is quickly establishing himself. King Promise is a something of a hidden gem outside of West Africa with his enticing characteristic crooner lyrics and strikingly warm and tuneful energy, his career is currently on an upward trajectory emulating the path of the likes of Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido. He has performed at Oh My Festival and Afronation this year, and still has plans to go on tour soon.
