KODAK BLACK ARRESTED FOR OXYCODONE PILLS POSSESSION

After being sentenced to four years in prison in 2019 for weapons possession, and pardoned by former President of the United State, Donald Trump on the last day of his tenure in office, Kodak Black is having another encounter with the law again. On the afternoon of Friday the 15th of July 2022, he was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol Police. 

Kodak was pulled over for an illegal window tint, when the patrol cop suspected more illegal and suspicious activities which led to a search of the car’s trunk and reportedly, over 30 Oxycodone Pills and $74,960 in cash was discovered by the Highway Patrol Cop. 

The Super Gremlin Rapper was arrested and detained at the Broward County Jail  with bail set at $75,000. His attorney Bradford Cohen stated to XXL magazine in light of client’s arrest saying, “Never judge a case based on an arrest. There are facts and circumstances that give rise to a defense, especially in this case. We negotiated a bond of $75,000 and we will move forward with resolving the matter quickly.

Kodak Black was released on the evening of Saturday the 16th of July after posting his $75,000 bond.
