When trying to motivate yourself, you have to start from within. This might be difficult for many to do or even abide by, but it helps in managing time and doing things when they need to be done. To-do lists or schedules help in developing discipline, commitment and good attitude to work, it also helps in motivating yourself.

5. CELEBRATE SMALL VICTORIES 

No matter how small the victory is, celebrating it gives you the morale and encouragement to keep pushing and thriving. It helps to keep you focused on your goals and encourages you mentally to keep making many more victories like that.
