Recent reports state Tems as one of the headliners scheduled to play at the Manifesto Festival in Canada, but couldn’t make the show due to issues with Visa. Another artist Jasmine Sullivan was also scheduled to headline the show alongside Tems, but also canceled due to some other issues.
To make up for the absence of the two headliners, Manifesto Festival Organizers reached out to Davido and DVSN to fill in for the absent artists at the show. Fans took to twitter to express their disapproval and dissatisfaction of the newly appointed headliners, and have started to ask for a refund from the Festival.
