Ivana Trump’s burial was conducted in New York City, bringing the family together for a rare open meeting. Ivana Trump was Donald Trump‘s ex-wife. The 73-year-old Ms. Trump passed away last week after falling down the stairs to her Manhattan residence.
Ivanka, Eric, and Donald Trump Jr., the three children of Donald and Ivana, were there and reportedly gave eulogies. Between 1977 and 1992, the couple had a 15-year marriage.
Ivana Trump, a well-known socialite who was originally from what was then Czechoslovakia, attracted a lot of attention from the public in the 1980s and 1990s along with Donald Trump. She later started a collection of apparel, jewelry, and beauty goods when the couple split up.
The hearse carrying the corpse arrived at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church on Wednesday, and Ivana and Donald’s three children were seen standing together with their spouses and family.
The former president arrived separately with security officers, though it is believed that he did not speak during the funeral. A very sad day, but also a celebration of a magnificent and lovely life, he tweeted on his social networking platform, Truth Social, before the event.
Ivanka Trump, 40, reportedly broke down in front of mourners and said, “Growing up, my mother didn’t tell me a woman could accomplish anything she wanted to – she showed me,” according to the New York Post.
